4-H Fiesta Medal – DUE

Bexar County 4-H  youth will be given the opportunity to design a commemorative fiesta medal on behalf of the Bexar County 4-H program. Designs will be judged on their creativity & how well the medal represents 4-H & Fiesta! The winner’s design will be chosen as the 2018 Bexar County 4-H Fiesta Medal! South Region Landowner Series – Session #3

A South Region Landowner Series will be conducted this fall with sessions held in Bexar, Kerr, Atascosa, and Medina counties.  Pesticide CEUs will be offered.  Cost will be $15/class or $30 for the series for individuals and $25/class or $50 for the series for couples.  See the flyer for series classes, times, and locations as well as RSVP information. Bexar County Open Qualifying Horse Show

This show is open to any adults and youth, you do not need to be enrolled in 4-H.  All events are Saturday, Nov. 4th at the Country Church, 1005 FM 78, Marion 78124.  Check in begins at 8:30 a.m.   Entry form  is available here.  Bexar County 4-H members that want to be eligible for the end of the year horse awards are required to attend 1 of the 3 4-H Qualifying Horse Shows.  Other show dates will be Saturday, Mar. 24th.

An Evening with Steven Chamblee

Join us on Tuesday, November 7, 7:00 p.m., at the San Antonio Botanical Center (3310 N. If you are going to be a graduating senior this year and are planning on applying for a 4-H scholarship, mark your calendar to attend one of the upcoming trainings:  Monday, Nov. 9th, 6:30 p.m. at the County 4-H Office, S-208 and Tuesday, Jan. 9th, 6:30 p.m. at the County 4-H Office, S-208.   For more information click here.  Foundation Scholarship applications are due to our office by Monday, Jan. 22nd, 2018.  

4-H Open Enrollment
