 The District 5 4‐H Youth Development Program is pleased to announce an opportunity for county 4‐H programs to have adult volunteers, teen leaders and County Extension Agents certified as coaches in the following shooting sports disciplines: archery, pistol, shotgun or rifle. National 4-H Council is now accepting applications for the 2017 4-H Youth in Action Awards to be presented at the Legacy Awards in Washington, D.C. on March 21, 2017.  Awards will recognize one remarkable 4-H’er within each pillar area: Agriculture; Citizenship; Healthy Living; and STEM. Dog Training

The Bexar County Dog Squad is a competitive 4-H dog club that focuses on learning all aspects of dog care and training with the emphasis on competing at the State Dog Show in July. Robotics Contest & Coaches Training

New Adult Volunteer Leader Enrollment Process

All adult volunteers that enroll on 4-H Connect  beginning Sept. 1st  must  complete two online training's on 4-H Connect “4-H Adult Orientation” and “Ensuring a Safe Environment”.  This is part of the volunteer application process and you will not be approved until these training have been completed.  Click here for step by step instructions on how to take these training's.
