This scholarship is for high school seniors who have been involved in 4-H for four years, have shown leadership and personal development, plan to get a college or vocational degree, and have not passed their 19th birthday by January 1, 2017.  Scholarship is due to our office by Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Judging contests are designed for teams of 3 - 4 members in the same age division (Junior – grades 3 - 5, Intermediate (grades 6 - 8, Senior – Grades 9 - 12) to demonstrate their skills in evaluation and observation.  Members use  the knowledge and skills they have about the subject matter to place the class from best to worst and  also develop public speaking skills through learning how to present reasons on why they placed a class as they did.  Registration will be on 4-H Connect from Mar....
