County Photography Contest – DUE

Photos are due to our office by Monday, March 13th, 8 a.m.  Late entries will be accepted on Monday, March 13th, from 8:01 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for a $5 per member late fee.  Guidelines are available here.

4-H Fiesta Medal

County 4-H Project Show – DUE

These workshops are open to all 4-H members.  First meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 28th at Kuentz Elementary in the Library, 12303 Leslie Rd, Helotes, Tx.  78023 (in front of O’Connor High School), at 6 p.m.  This meeting will be an introduction meeting to provide information to participants and parents.   Future meetings have been set for April 4, 11, 18, and 25th  at Kuentz Elementary Library at 6 p.m.  Once we see how many members from other parts of the county are interested we will identify a... Recordbook Training

Recordbooks are a great way to keep track of what you have done in 4-H.  When you decide to do a recordbook, you pick one category  you want to complete your recordbook in.   If rabbits were your strongest project this year, you would select the Rabbit category, which includes writing about them in your story, including pictures of you and your rabbits, a write up of how you cared for them and if you exhibited at any contests.  Mark your calendar for a Recordbook Training on Thursday, Mar.... Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Lab Art Contest -DUE

A coloring and art contest for Texas 4-H members is being sponsored by TVMDL. Clover Kids Coloring Contest (Kindergarten to 2nd Grade). The 50th anniversary logo contains images of the many species of animals tested each day. Clover Kids can print the logo (PAGE 3) and express their creativity in coloring the image.
