County Extension Horticulturist, David Rodriguez, is presenting Joey Villarreal, Proprietor and Brewer of Blue Star Brewing Company, Todd Huntress, Operator of San Antonio Homebrew Supply & Home Brewer, along with Bexar County Master Gardener and Home Brewer, Lou Kellogg. Food Preservation & Canning Classes
The Texas AgriLife Extension Service is hosting a series of classes for food preservation and canning this fall. Classes include hands-on jam and jelly make & take, recipes for the holidays, and canning garden produce. Space is limited and small registration fees apply.
