The Texas State 4-H Horse Show will be taking place at the Brazos County Expo in Bryan, TX. Over 350 4-H youth plus their families attend the show from all over the state of Texas. The Texas State 4-H Horse Show is the pinnacle of the 4-H horse project and offers many opportunities to 4-H youth including up to 40 classes of competition, educational programs, scholarships, and college preparation opportunities. The Bexar 4-H Council has money set aside to reimburse for selected District and State events to encourage participation and help ease the financial burden for active 4-H families. The money reimbursed will need to be requested from our office; it will no longer be automatically mailed. Total Cost: $60 (includes registration fee and materials) The study manuals can be purchased in advance from the Extension Office. Make check/money order payable to “Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service”. There will be additional fees associated with applying for a license and for online testing.
