2019 Brown Bag Lunch & Learn
Join us for the 2019 Brown Bag Lunch & Learn program to be conducted the 2nd Friday of each month, 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m., at the Bexar County Extension Office (3355 Cherry Ridge, Suite 208). The sessions will provide horticulture information on consumer horticulture. Sessions are FREE and no RSVP is required.
Fall is for Planting!
September 29 (Saturday) will be a “Fall is for Planting!” presentation, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon, given by David Rodriguez, County Extension Agent-Horticulture. The presentation will be given at Rainbow Gardens (8516 Bandera Road, San Antonio). Learn about fall lawn care as well as tips on fall vegetable gardening and getting the jump on spring with recommended planting tips for trees and shrubs. Bring your questions! This is a FREE seminar.

Planting a Spring Vegetable Garden
Learn how to plant a spring vegetable garden for you and your family by attending the Planting a Spring Vegetable Garden program, 7:00-8:30 p.m., at Blue Star Brewing Company (1414 S. Alamo, Ste. #105). The program is FREE, and no registration is required. This program will provide 1.5 CEUs for Master Gardeners.
