Plant bluebonnet transplants into flower beds, containers or even dormant lawns now for spring color.

Add 2-4 inches of aged compost or barnyard manure to winter fallow vegetable gardens and flower beds.

Plan new landscape plantings, and prepare the soil now for future spring plantings.

Choose and purchase Extension recommended bare-root fruit and nut plants from local independent nurseries.
