Saturday, September 22, from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, will be a program on Fall and Winter Vegetable Gardening presented by David Rodriguez, Bexar County Extension Agent-Horticulture. South Texas offers vegetable gardeners two great growing seasons each year, and milder fall temperatures bring out the best flavors in home-grown vegetables. The program is FREE. Bring a notebook; David Rodriguez will answer your specific gardening questions.

Join us for a 4-H Walk Across Texas Kick Off on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at the Helotes Activity Center, 10:00-11:30 a.m. There will be various stations conducting fun physical activities including a Jump Rope-a-thon, Limbo Mania, Frisbee Fun, Volleyball Blanket, and an obstacle course.
