Haven Homeschool 4-H Club is open for enrollment. They meet at 13222 Bandera Road, Helotes Texas 78023 on the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month from 12 noon -3:00 pm. Their main projects are: Theater Arts, Food & Nutrition, Entrepreneurship and Robotics. The Food Handlers Permit Class is a basic overview of food safety practices that are necessary to ensure you serve safe food at your establishment. The Texas Department of State Health Services accredited food handlers program is now being offered at the Bexar County Office of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Cost is $20, and the permit is good for two (2) years! See flyer for details.

This year many District Contests are being combined into a one weekend event at the Hill Country Youth Center, 3785 Highway 27, Kerrville, Tx. 78028.
