All 4-H members who participate in this show will need to be academically eligible.  This includes members that will exhibit animals or participate in the Creative Arts division.  It is the responsibility of each member to print the form here, write your name in the space provided “I hereby certify that___________” and take it to your school for the principal or designee to verify you are academic eligibility.  Please have your school check if you are academically eligible or not and sign at the bottom of the form.   Before returning the form to our office, please make sure your parent/guardian signs in the space provided.  The show is held during a time you are out of school on holiday; however, to participate in the show you must be academically eligible.

The eligibility form is due to our office on or before Wednesday, December 13th.   You are welcome to scan and email the form to paxtell@ag.tamu.edu.  We will not accept incomplete forms.  If you have any questions, please contact our office at 210/631-0400.
