Make sure your sprinkler system doesn’t water the street, sidewalk or driveway.
Keep a watchful eye on watering and establishing all newly planted vegetable transplants.
Do a light pruning on modern day roses and feed with a slow-release nitrogen fertilizer.
Sow zinnias which are among the easiest of annuals to start from seed.
