Fall Vegetable Seminar
A Fall Vegetable Seminar, will be held on Saturday, October 7, 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon, at Fanick’s Garden Center (1025 Holmgreen Road) with David Rodriguez from Texas AgriLife Extension Service showing you how to properly plant, grow and harvest your vegetables; the seminar is free but any donations to the Children's garden is welcomed.

Fruit Tree Basics Seminar
Dr. Larry Stein, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, will demonstrate how to properly prune fruit, nut, citrus and grapes for maximum production at the Fruit Tree Basics Seminar, January 20 2018, 9:00 a.m. - Noon, at Fanick's Garden Center (1025 Holmgreen Road). Dr. Larry Stein, Extension Horticulturist, will be conducting his Annual Grafting Seminar at Saturday, April 14, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Dr. Stein will demonstrate how and why fruit, nut, and citrus trees are grafted and will include several different grafting techniques.
