Texas 4-H Youth Development Program Opportunity Scholarships are ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS  that are DUE January 26, 2015. Each year, approximately 225 scholarships are awarded ranging in the amount of $1,000 to $20,000 to Texas 4-H graduating members based on their academic record and 4-H experience.

TO DO:

• Original scholarship application and attachments,  plus one copy of everything are due to our office by Monday, Jan. 26^th.  Please sign the original forms in blue ink.
• Take your ACT or SAT tests now, a copy of the scores must be attached to the application.
• Start filling out your FAFSA (financial form) information now.  This is a required document to be attached to the application. In order to make sure that  the FAFSA SAR Report back in time.  If you wait until mid-December, then you may have to use your 2014 tax information which you may not have completed in time to get the FAFSA paperwork submitted and receive the SAR report before the application deadline!!!  Download more information about the FAFSA here.
