Applicants are responsible for reading all of the following information and compiling a complete application BEFORE the deadline.  Scholarship application is due to our office by Monday, Jan. 25th, 2016 by 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Application:

2016 Texas 4-H Opportunity Foundation Scholarship Application *(Due to the County Office by Monday, January 25th by 5PM. The completed application, copy of your high school transcript(s), FAFSA, Degree Plan, & SAT or ACT Scores must be paper clipped to your application. We need a total of 2 copies per each document.)*

2016 Texas 4-H Collegiate Scholarship Application *(must be currently attending College, DUE DATE IS FEBRUARY 26, 2016. The completed application, with a copy of your college transcript(s) attached by a staple, must be forwarded directly to the Texas 4-H Youth Development Office at the address below. Scholarship application must be mailed to the address below and postmarked no later than the deadline.) *
