If you will be exhibiting at the State Fair Show in Dallas, Sept. 25 – Oct. 18, entries are due to our office by Friday, August 14^th.   Please complete the entry form, certification, release and indemnity agreement and the W-9 IRS form.  There are other contests available if interested (Public Speaking, Agricultural Science Fair, Livestock Judging, Ag. Food Challenge, Ag. Mechanics etc.).  Complete entry worksheet, sign Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement and complete the W-9 tax form.  Entry forms are available here.
