All 4-H members are eligible to apply for awards, check out the Awards & Recognition Handbook here  for qualifications.  Everyone that applies for an award must complete a recordbook.  All recordbooks and award applications are due to our office on or before Monday, June 4^th – 8:00 a.m.   NO LATE AWARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.    Reminder, there is a drop slot in the front door to assist you in making deadlines.

 Heads Up….. you must have the original and three (3) copies of your recordbook for judging.   Your original recordbook should be in some kind of folder.  The 3 copies SHOULD NOT  be in folders, please staple or use a binder clip.  We have 4-H folders available in our office for $3.

You must also complete a 4-H Member Recognition Application form available in the Awards & Recognition Handbook here  and clip it to the outside front cover of your original recordbook.

If you are applying for the Gold Star Award, you must also complete and attach a Gold Star Award Biographical Sketch form available in the Awards & Recognition Handbook here.   Gold Star interviews are scheduled for this one day only,  Friday, July 6th.  Pease check your schedule and make sure you will be available that day.

If you are applying for the I Dare You Award,   you must also complete and attach the Essay Form available in the Awards & Recognition Handbook here.
