Major Show Eligibility

Information: If you have entered an animal or contest/event at any of the Major Stock Shows, you must submit an Academic Eligibility form to our office (Due dates specified at the top of each form). Please fill out the appropriate entry form for the following Shows:

o Fort Worth Eligibility Form
o Walter Gerlach Eligibility Form
o San Angelo Eligibility Form
o San Antonio Eligibility Form
o Houston Eligibility Form
o Rodeo Austin Eligibility Form

Due Date: Eligibility forms are due to our office (3355 Cherry Ridge S-212, SA, TX 78230) by specified DUE DATE at the top of each form.
