If you like to design clothes, jewelry or accessories the Fashion Storyboard Contest is for you.  This contest is in conjunction with the County Fashion Show on Sunday, April 19th at the Helotes Activity Center.  There are 5 categories in which to enter, members may enter one storyboard.   Registration form for the Fashion Storyboard Contest is due to our office by Monday, April 6th.

Duds to Dazzle Contest is a new competition to increase the awareness of the impact of the clothing and textile industry on the environment.  In this competition, teams (3-5 youth) will redesign and repurpose discarded garments of textiles into new, viable consumer products. Example:  Instead of throwing away a shirt, repurpose it with color markers, or reassembling the shirt, etc.  The entry fee for this contest is $10 a team.  Registration form for the Duds to Dazzle Contest is included in the County Fashion Show 2015 letter and is due to our office by Monday, April 6th.  Duds to Dazzle guidelines are available on the state website at http://fcs.tamu.edu/clothing/4h/packet/index.php.
