County Council/Adult Leaders meeting is scheduled for  Thursday, Sept.  21st,  7:00 p.m. at the Helotes Activity Center.   Each 4-H club had the opportunity to elect  two Club Delegate Officers in September, however, if you only elected one, the Club President can act as the second delegate.  When a voting decision is required at the council meetings, every club is allowed two votes, one per delegate.    If one of your club delegates cannot attend this meeting, a substitute voting delegate may attend, but must have written consent from the elected delegate to represent your club.  Come and meet your  elected County Council Officers for 2017-2018.
