Join us for an informative beef cattle program. Friday evening registration will begin at 4:30 PM at Palo Alto College, Performing Arts Center with the program to follow at 5:00 PM. Dinner will be provided compliments of Texas Beef Council. Topics will include Beef Quality, Food Safety and Beef Nutrition. Saturday morning registration will begin at 8:30 AM at Brehm Farms in New Berlin. Topics will include Cattle Selection, Cattle Handling, Body Condition Scoring, Chute Side Demonstration, Common Cattle Parasites and Environmental Stewardship. Two hours of CEUs (1 Gen, 1 IPM) will be offered to attendees. This is a FREE program so take advantage of a great learning opportunity!
