Join us for the 2025 Alamo Area Home-Grown Vegetable Contest & More at Fanick’s Nursery on Saturday, June 7th, hosted by David Rodriguez, Bexar County Extension Agent, Bexar County Master Gardeners, & Fanick’s Nursery! Bring your finest home-grown vegetables for a chance to win exciting prizes and showcase your gardening skills.  Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, this event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow gardening enthusiasts and celebrate the bounty of your hard work. Accepting entries from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Judging starts at 12:00 p.m. with awards following right after the contest.
