GEM is an awareness and acceptance stress management program for ages 10 & up. This program focuses on practical and interactive mindfulness based activities to help manage stress.  Instructor: Ashley Hernandez   Cost: Free Address: Vineyard Ranch Elementary, 16818 Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX 78258 When: July 18th - July 22nd  Time: 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.   Please note that this program is closed to KIN summer camp participants only.
