Clubs  have an  opportunity to  apply  for  this  award  by completing the 4-H Honor Club Form.   The form is due our office before Monday, June 5^th – 8:00 a.m.   Your club name will be put on the Honor Club plaque in our office.  Reminder, there is a drop slot in the front door to assist you in making deadlines.   Honor Club form is available here.
