Next County Council/Adult Leaders meeting is scheduled for  Thursday, Mar. 17th,  7:00 p.m. at the Helotes Activity Center, 12132 Leslie Rd. Helotes, Tx.  78023.      When a voting decision is required at the council meetings, every club is allowed two votes, one per delegate.    If one of your club delegates cannot attend this meeting, a substitute voting delegate may attend, but must have written consent from the elected delegate to represent your club.   Please remind your club delegates to save this date and make plans to represent their club on Thursday, Mar. 17th, 7:00 p.m. at the Helotes Activity Center, 12132 Leslie Rd.
