Welcome to the Major Show Entry Help Page for Bexar County 4-H members planning to exhibit or compete at the Major State Livestock Shows for 2025. Please read and follow the directions carefully on this page to ensure your entries for the shows are correct!

1. Please look below at the criteria and entry information for each Major Stock Show. Please make note that some Stock Shows require the entries to be notarized. To avoid late fees please make sure you familiarize yourself with the requirements for each show and take care of any additional steps (Quality Counts, Notarization, etc.) prior to turning in your entry forms to the Extension Office. 
2. All paper entry forms are DUE to the County Extension Office on November 7, 2024 (Thursday). NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be assessed a $100 Late Fee for any entry turned in after the November 7th deadline.
3. Need help? Our County Extension Agents are here to help you with your entry forms and check them prior to their submission. We will begin Major Show Entry Submission appointments on November 1st. Help will be available in person at the County Extension Office (3355 Cherry Ridge, S-208, SATX 78230) from 8 am – 5 pm:
   • Appointment Dates: November 1st, 5th, and 7th
   • To sign up for an appointment please CLICK HERE.
   • Appointments are NOT required this year.
   • Appointments are encouraged for new families and those needing to speak directly with an Agent.
   • If you do not need an appointment with Sam, you can come see Kennedy during normal office hours to complete paperwork.
