Enjoy a night of entomophagy prepared by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension’s Expanded Food and Nutrition Program’s chefs and Bexar County 4-H Food Challenge Teams. Learn how insects are a sustainable form of agriculture and surprisingly enjoyable culinary experience!
Hosted at the Blue Star Brewing Co., this three course, 5 star, fiesta inspired meal will be paired with an appropriate cocktail or locally brewed beer and many ingredients grown locally at Texas A&M AgriLife Farms.
COST: Individuals $50 or $75 per Couple
