One Club Manager from each club is requested to attend one of these trainings. Friday, June 23rd – 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. or 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the 4-H Office in S-208. Everything you will need to start the new 4-H year (Sept. 2017 – Aug. 2018) will be available at this training. Clubs must charter every year.
This year, one Club Manager from each club will be required to charter their club on 4-H Connect. To help you enter your club information onto 4-H Connect you will need to first fill out the Chartering Club Workshop (click here). The Texas 4-H Club ByLaws (click here) have been updated by the State 4-H Office. You must use these bylaws or your charter will not be accepted. Every club that has a checking account will be required to complete the Financial Review Report (click here) , which requires 3 adult volunteers outside your club to review your checking account. Deadline to charter is Friday, July 13th. New clubs will be provided with a tote file box to help keep all the 4-H information together.
