If you have an interest in beekeeping and/or learning how to tart your own bee hives, the Beekeeping Basics Program is for you!  The program includes a classroom program on Friday, November 2, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., in the Extension Conference Room at the Bexar County Office of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service (3355 Cherry Ridge, Suite 208).  The program will also include a Field Day for class participants on Saturday, November 3, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon (depending on the weather), in a beekeeper’s yard near Leon Springs.  Cost is $65 and online registration is required (http://agriliferegister/BexarCounty).
