  • Continue to divide perennials such as phlox, iris, daisy, daylily, and columbine. Some herbs can also be divided like garlic and onion chives.
  • Pansies will stretch in hot weather. When the hot weather passes, it’s time to plant pansies. There are many beautiful colors and types for you to choose from.
  • Many plants have developed fungus problems this year. Raking the leaves up and disposing of them will help prevent the spread of the fungus.
