Malcolm Beck’s Lesson in Nature Book gives a great prospective of being a good steward to the environment.

Commonsense Vegetable Gardening for the South by William Adams and Thomas Leroy is a must for everyone’s gardening library.

Doug Welsh’s Texas Gardening Almanac is a monthly guideline with do’s and don’ts for the garden.

Neil Sperry’s Complete Guide to Texas Gardening is the gardening bible of Texas.
