If you signed up to be a School Tour Guide at the San Antonio Stock Show, academic eligibility forms have been mailed.  If you have  not received your gold colored eligibility form in the mail, please call our office as soon as possible.  When you receive the form, a parent needs to sign on the line provided.  Parent or member should take the form to school to have the Principal or Attendance check that you are academically eligible to receive day(s) out of school.  Please make note that the form needs to be checked in two different places and then signed.  Eligibility forms are due to our office by Monday, February 6^th, 2017.    You are welcome to mail the form  or  drop it off to our office (3355 Cherry Ridge S-212, SA, TX.  78230).  WE REQUIRE THE ORGINAL FORM FOR THIS EVENT.
