In the 4-H Recipe Rally, 4-H members (grades 6 – 12) are challenged with selecting, creating and/or altering a recipe and submitting a video of them demonstrating the preparation of the recipe. To participate, youth will submit a video entry on YouTube for a chance to be selected as a participate at Texas 4-H Roundup on June 9th. Recipes should be a healthy main dish that ties to the theme “Picnic Perfect.”  For guidelines information click here.   Entries are due by Friday, Apr. 1st.
