The 4-H Outdoor Challenge is a contest. The contest consists of 10 events that each team will compete in and potentially earn points for their team. A team consists of exactly 2 members (no more, no less) within the same age division and gender class, and will compete in the 10 events listed: Shooting Sports, Swimming, Canoeing/Kayaking, Camping/Outdoor Living Skills, Orienteering, Identification of Wildlife and Natural Resources, Outdoor Safety, Fishing, First Aid, Natural Resource Career Knowledge/Skills, Teamwork, decision-making and critical thinking.
