Spring Break Nature Camp

The 2018 Spring Break Nature Camp will be held March 12-15, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. each day, and is for youth ages 6-11.  This 4-day camp will include real birds of prey, a field trip to the San Antonio Botanical Gardens, a terrarium lesson, herpetology, dissections, poultry lessons (including watching live chicks hatch), and tons of activities, games, and experiments! There is limited space, so sign up soon!  Cost is $125 and online registration is required.

Spring Break Nature Camp

This year, the kids will be learning about Texas Snakes & Reptiles, Birds of Prey from wildlife experts, Tarantulas and Insects, Horticulture, and do some birding with an ornithology expert.  We’ll perform experiments with owl pellets, insects, and some microbiology, and get to hold live animals, insects, snakes, reptiles, and get up close and personal with some birds of prey.
