Forms have been mailed for San Antonio & San Angelo Stock Shows.  If you are exhibiting at these shows and have not received your gold colored eligibility form in the mail, please call our office as soon as possible.  When you receive the form, a parent needs to sign on the line provided.  Parent or member should take the form to school to have the Principal or Attendance check that you are academically eligible to receive day(s) out of school.  Please make note that the form needs to be checked in two different places and then signed.  Eligibility forms are due to our office by Tuesday, January 31st, 2017.    You are welcome to mail the form, drop it off at our office, fax it to 631-0429 or scan and email to paxtell@ag.tamu.edu.
