Horse Validation:

For 2013, Horse Validation will be processed through 4-H Connect. 4-H Connect will be open for horse validation beginning April 1st – May 1st.  Also new this year, you will need to take photos of your horse and submit them on the 4-H Connect system. Due to the new process, please don’t wait until the last day to complete this process in case you have any problems.  The 4-H Connect system will cut off at 12 midnight on May 1st.  Cost is $10 per horse to be paid to our office on or before May 1st with the invoice you print from the 4-H Connect system.  Make your check payable to Bexar 4-H Fund.  Complete instructions on how to complete your validation is attached.

Requirements:

Have a family and youth member profile established on 4-H CONNECT.

Be a paid/active youth member of Texas 4-H for the 2012-2013 year.

Have digital photos of your horse(s) from the front, left side, and right side. These photos must be accessible for upload during the validation process.

For registered horses, you need to have a pdf copy of your horse(s) registration papers for upload.

 2013 District 10 Horse Show:

The District 10 4-H Horse Show is scheduled for June 18-19, 2012.

2012-2013 4-H Open Qualifying Shows: 

You must attend at least one of these shows to be eligible for the end of the year awards. Horse shows are open to any 4-H member who would like to attend.
